Jabal Thaniyah tul Wida and a Masjid Thaniyah tul Wida was located at this place where Muhammad s.a.w.w,stayed while going towards Ghazwah Tabuk , and on returing back to madinah, 

Right now, Masjid and Jabal is no more present any more,,,

last two person who will reached at Jabal Thaniyah tul Wida they will die on spot and those will be non muslim , no more muslim will be left on Earth , Madinah will get vacant only animals and birds will remain inside Madinah ..

Narrated Abu Huraira:

I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The people will leave Medina in spite of the best state it will have, and none except the wild birds and the beasts of prey will live in it, and the last persons who will die will be two shepherds from the tribe of Muzaina, who will be driving their sheep towards Medina, but will find nobody in it, and when they reach the valley of Thaniyat-al-Wada', they will fall down on their faces dead."
