1 .  It is situated just in front of Golden Gate of "Kabatullah" in mutaf.

2 .The Foot Prints of Syedna IBRAHIM (Allaihi Salaam) on mud are kept in a transparent case. In the process of tawaf or after completing tawaf pilgrims see his feet prints  and refreshes their "EMAN" (Faith).

3. It is said that when syedna Ibrahim and his son syedna Ismael allihi salam was constructing the walls of holy kaba the stone on which they were standing was automatically rising with the order of Almighty Allah.

4. when the construction of kabat-ullah completed,  It is said that Almighty Allah ordered syedna Ismael allihi salam to call faithful to come here for tawaf. sydna Ismael said  "O' my Lord no body is here to listen my weak shout .Hence how can i invite faithful to come here." Almighty Allah said "My beloved prophet you call and see how  it reaches to faithful. "Prophet syedna Ismael allihi salam obeyed  Almighty Allahs'order and instead of a formal invitation call or shout he begged a dua to Almighty Allah  in which he requested  Allah  subhan-o-talla to send faithful and believers here to do tawaf .The way which prophet syedna Ibrahim adopted to call faithful was very much liked by Almighty Allah. It is said that the call or dua  of prophet Ibrahim allihi salam had been sent to all the souls which were due to come in  this world  till the day of judgement. It is said that the souls among them  from the back of their fathers said
LAB BAIK (i am present) will certainly go to holy makkah for tawaf (i-e haj ). MUQAM-E-IBRAHEAM
is the place where prophet syedna Ibrahim begged this historic dua or call. Because of this historic event this point/place of haram is called muqam-e-Ibrahim.

4. previously these foot prints were kept in a wooden shed in mutaf but it had been creating difficulties for pilgrims to do their tawaf easily . Therefore  these foot prints have now been shifted in a crystal glass case. Foot print is still in mutaf area but crystal case is occupying very little area of mutaf comparing to wooden shed.

5. Muqam-ibrahim has been described in holy Quran and it says it "MUSALLA" which means the place to pray. It is the place where the Imam-e-kabba now a days stands to lead 5 time compulsory salat (prayers) of a daily.

1 .  Dar-e-Arqam was the house of Syedna Arqam (May God Bless Him) which was used for promoting Islam in a very early age of  "Nabovat".

2 .  Only 39 peoples had embraced Islam and Syedna Omer was still with KUFFAR-E-QURESH.

3 .  One day Syedna Omer (May God Pleased Him) came to this house, where Prophet MUHAMMAD
(S. A. W.) and his companions were sitting. Omer (May God Pleased Him) views had been  changed when he listened the Verses of Holy Quran (surah of TAHA) from the tongue of his sister. Omer (May God Pleased Him) was very strong and brave man and Prophet MUHAMMAD (S. A. W.) wanted him to be Muslim.

4. Prophet Muhammad sallalla ho allihi wasalam used to pray Almighty Allah to convert at east one omer in to  muslim among twos. In fact omer bin khattab and omer bin hashsham (abu-jehal) both were very strong and brave. Prophet Muhammad sallalla ho allihi wasalam wanted at least one among them to be muslim.
Almighty Allah accepted the dua of his beloved prophet and Omer bin khattab embraced islam. Before accepting islam Omer bin khattab was worst enemy of islam. One day when he came out from his house with  bad intention to kill (Allah forgives me) Prophet sallallaho allihi wasalam. When he was walking in makkahs' street with bad intention someone told him to check his sister and brother-in-law who accepted islam. Hearing this news omer bin khattab lost his temper and he rushed to his sisters' house.Both the sister and her husband was reciting verses of holy Quran. omer bin khattab bet (hurt) both of them but they remained firm and said  " whether my brother you kill us or not, we will not leave this holy religion at any cost". This determination changed the mind of syedna omer and he said tell me what were you reciting. his sister recited holy verses of sura Taha. Recitation of  holy Quran turned syedna omer's' hearts into right path. His heart became soft and he rushed towards DAR-E-ARQAM.
When Omer (May God Pleased Him) came Dar-e-Arqam, companions  of prophet Muhammad sallallaho allihi wasalam though that angry Omer (May God Pleased Him) might hurt Prophet (S. A. W). But Omer (May God Pleased Him) came and embraced Islam. Muslims shouted loudly first time, "Allah -Ho- Akbar". This brave and loud roar had been heard by kuffar in their houses and they thought muslims had certainly achieved some remarkable target.
Syedna Omer (May God Pleased Him) inquired Prophet (S. A. W.) "Are we on right way?" Prophet
(S. A. W.) said "certainly. we are".
Omer (May God Pleased Him) said, "Then  we will offer Salat out side- in "Haram" openly. Before this occasion Muslims used to pray secretly, not showing themselves open.

5. This Place is considered a historic and eventful place in muslim history. This is the place where Islam started to flourish. Two queues were formed in Dar-e-Arqam . one was led by sydna hamza raddi Allah ho talla anho and other by syedna omer radiallah ho talla anho. Prophet Muhammad sallalla ho allihi wasalam was among two queues and they proceeded to holy kaba for open prayer first time in islamic history.

6.  Earlier "Dar-e-Arqam" was out of  "Haram" but because of  its' expansion ,now it is in the "Haram". area .When we walk for "Saie" from "Jabal-e-Safa". the first gate on the right hand side, on which "Babe-Arqam" is written is the original place where the above mentioned history took place.
Pilgrims may easily reach and witness this spiritual historical place.
